Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Every time you visit, the hosting provider automatically records technical access data in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, the referring page, and browser and operating system.

We use this data only to deliver the website and to keep it secure and stable. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and we have concluded a data processing agreement with Vercel.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. To remember your language, we set a technically necessary cookie called NEXT_LOCALE. If you choose light or dark mode, this setting is stored in your browser's local storage. Neither is shared with anyone. The legal basis is § 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG.

Fonts and images

Our fonts are hosted on our own server; your browser does not connect to Google or other font providers. Exhibition images and texts come from our own content management system and are delivered through this website.

Contact by e-mail

If you write to us by e-mail, we process your e-mail address and the content of your message to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Links to other websites

Our website contains links to Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps, our open call and artists' websites. These are plain links: no data is transferred to these providers until you click one. After that, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21).
